Who We Are
PharmaLink provides the software practices use to dispense their most commonly prescribed medications directly to your patients at the point of care. We serve healthcare providers of all sizes and specialties — our customers range from small family practice and urgent care clinics to large student health centers and hospitals.
Point-of-care medication dispensing allows healthcare providers to improve patient care while adding an additional revenue source to their practice. PharmaLink charges a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription for access to the software; we do not sell, source, ship, or bill for medications, and we take no share of any medication transaction. There are no long-term contracts. And because dispensing with PharmaLink takes just 15-30 seconds, no additional staff is required to run the program.

What a Subscription Includes
Plenty of vendors sell dispensing software. PharmaLink delivers a complete, working dispensing program:
- Web-based dispensing software with built-in safety checks, automatic label printing, and full inventory tracking and recordkeeping.
- A supplier-neutral inventory catalog, so whatever your practice purchases — from any wholesaler, repackager, compounding pharmacy, or manufacturer — is received by scan and tracked by lot and expiration date.
- Regulatory guidance on your state’s dispensing rules, licensing, and permits, before you dispense your first item.
- Automatic PDMP reporting in all states where PharmaLink operates, including zero-fill reports where states require them.
- Equipment — we provide a barcode scanner and label printer, so all you need is a computer with an internet connection.
- Training and ongoing support from a team that has been helping practices dispense since 2007.
Setup takes as little as 3 business days once we receive your completed application and any licensing your state requires.
