Prescriptions pushed from your EHR appear directly in the dispense queue as pre-loaded saved dispenses: when the patient reaches checkout, staff confirm and print rather than re-keying the order. The prescription your provider wrote is the dispense your staff completes.

For teams that build their own connections, PharmaLink provides a REST API with full OpenAPI documentation, browsable through ReDoc. Endpoints cover the operational core of the platform:

Webhooks That Keep Systems in Sync
Polling an API for changes is wasteful; being told is better. PharmaLink’s outbound webhooks notify your systems when events occur, with event scoping so each endpoint receives only what it subscribed to. Webhook payloads are signed with rotating secrets, so your receiving systems can verify that every notification genuinely came from PharmaLink.
Identity and Printing, Handled
Two integrations matter in every deployment, and both come built in. SAML single sign-on connects PharmaLink to your identity provider, so staff sign in with the credentials your organization already manages — and lose access the moment they are deprovisioned. Cloud label printing through PrintNode routes labels to the right printer at the right location, keeping printing dependable across multi-site groups.
Compliance Data Flows Automatically
