How it works
- Dispense in your normal workflow. Our web-based software prompts you for the claim information carriers require, so nothing is missed at the point of care.
- Billing handled by an independent partner. PharmaLink does not bill carriers and takes no part of any reimbursement. Claim data captured in the software is passed to an independent workers’ compensation billing company, which contracts directly with your practice, files the claim, and issues payment to you net of its own billing fee.
- Reimbursement visibility. Workers’ comp medication reimbursements are set at the state level and are typically based on AWP. Published reimbursement rates are visible in the software, so you can decide what is worth stocking for the cases you actually see.
- Purpose-built tools. The platform supports workers’ comp claim data import, a dedicated WC dispense log, aging and profit reports, and configurable WC billing programs — so you always know the status and performance of your program.
