- Receive shipments by scan. A guided receiving workflow lets staff scan incoming shipments directly into inventory, so new stock is counted, lot-tagged, and sellable in minutes.
- Physical counts with discrepancy review. Run physical count reconciliations on your schedule; the system surfaces discrepancies for review instead of silently absorbing them, giving you a clean audit trail.
- Transfers between locations. Multi-site practices can move inventory between locations with records on both ends — no more mystery stock.
- Expired medication controls. Expiring and expired products are flagged automatically, and structured disposal records document removal from inventory the right way.
