Scan-First Workflows

Barcode and DataMatrix scanning drives the daily routine. Scan a package to add it to inventory in seconds, scan incoming shipments to check them in against your order, and scan at the point of dispense to confirm you are holding the right item. Scanning removes the most common source of inventory drift: manual entry.

Lot-Level Expiration Control

The system tracks expiration dates for every lot in stock. Built-in checks stop a dispense if the scanned package is expired or does not match the selected medication, reducing the risk of costly and dangerous errors. Expiring medications are flagged automatically, and when expired stock is removed, the software records the removal and disposal so your records stay audit-ready.

Reconciliation Without the Scramble

Physical-count reconciliation tools make routine counts fast and defensible. Count what is on the shelf, and the software compares the result to expected quantities, highlights discrepancies, and provides administrative reports to help you investigate and resolve them. Full inventory history shows every transaction that touched a lot, from receipt to dispense.

Built for Multiple Locations

Manage all of your locations under a single login. Transfer inventory between locations with a documented record on both sides, set per-location user permissions, and review consolidated or per-location activity — see reporting and analytics for the full picture.

Smart Replenishment

The system learns your dispensing patterns and suggests reorder quantities before you run short. You can also set up automatic reordering based on average dispensing volumes or minimum inventory levels, then approve suggested orders through simple online ordering in a few clicks.
